219 Photobooths hits a home run | Surpise 16th Birthday | Union Mills
219 Photobooths hit a home run on their first photobooth event at the Union Mills, American Legion. The surprise 16th birthday party was baseball themed with a nacho bar, candy bar, and disc jockey.
Being baseball themed, more specifically New York Yankees, the photobooth photo strip was blue with a white pinstripe like the Yankees uniform. In the pictures, guests wore and used Yankees bling necklaces, some pom poms, and baseball hats among other props on the prop table. The memory book was full of baseball themed pages and a double outline was created around each photo strip.
A few games were played throughout the night to accompany the dart board and Atari classics Pac-Man and Galaga. There was an egg toss game played with a baseball bouncy ball and a cup in which everyone who made the catch in the cup made it to the next round and had to take a step backwards. A gift card was the prize for a hot potato type game in which when the music stopped, that person with the box started to unwrap it. The winner was the person to open the box containing the prize. A “ring of fire” game was also played in which everyone laid on each other’s knees while sitting on chairs to form a continuous ring of guests. Chairs were removed until everyone was supported by the person behind them, a real confidence builder and a lot of fun. The chairs also doubled for musical chairs played late in the evening.
Lego shaped candy that guests were building with, gummi bears, Laffy Taffys, Now and Laters, Smarties, and a few other candies were on the candy table. The nacho bar filled everyone’s stomachs after the surprise birthday entrance took place to provide energy for the photobooth and games. A huge New York Yankees cake and cupcakes were set for dessert among many different New Era baseball caps given as presents to the guest of honor.

January 29, 2013at10:29 pmWe had a GREAT surprise party for my son Logan for his 16th birthday. 219 productions photo booth was a HUGE hit! The kids were in the photo booth for hours! It was well worth every dime.We were able to put at least 6-8 kids in at one time. It looked great and it was well done. The kids all took home pictures and will always remember this big bash.
