Arthella and Raymond’s Surprise 25^th Anniversary was one of the most beautiful transformations of the Slovak Club in Merrillville, Indiana. The Groom felt like a million bucks when he walked in and saw the uplighting his name on the wall in the form of a gobo or monogram.

Complete transformation is what many guests and the Slovak Club board had said. The daughter had planned out this transformation aka surprise 25^th Anniversary party and took care of many of the decorations herself from the chair covers and sashes, to the table cloths, centerpieces, candy table and more. She also handled the food and making sure the night went smooth.

The light jockey seemed to have the most fun at this event. On top of the uplighting and gobo or monogram, he helped to set up, served food, greeted guests, took photos and video, coordinated, and he was out there on the dance floor learning dances and going down the soul train line. They even asked him back for future events, possibly a family reunion in the near future.

 

 

 

 

Many people helped out throughout the night to decorate, serve food, clean up, and help make the surprise party run smoothly. A couple sang to the bride and groom after saying a few words and many people danced to all sorts of slides included the Quik Slide, the Biker Shuffle, and the Wobble.
