Avalon Manor is Northwest Indiana’s Premier Banquet Hall for wedding receptions. Being located just East of I-65 on U.S. 30 in Merrillville, IN makes it a perfect banquet and wedding hall for you and your honored guests. With a water fountain in the front, piano inside, a pond with fountain, outdoor gazebos for wedding ceremonies, and ample parking, Avalon Manor will make sure your event is memorable and stress-free.

If you are looking for an elegant wedding, the chandeliers, grand columns, high ceilings, and staircases help to achieve this. Avalon Manor has the ability to transform its 16,500 feet of indoor space into four rooms each with their own unique features. Each room has a hardwood dance floor, full service bar, outdoor patio, and view of the outdoor fountain and pond.

Courteous staff make sure to take care of you as an honored guest. The owner makes his rounds throughout the night to ensure everything is running smoothly. Everyone seems to be working together and you can always find a staff member to ask a question.

Lets not forget about the food. Their menu is downloadable from the website and personally, I don’t recall eating a bad meal. The stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta are a great appetizer after a long afternoon.

Every hall isn’t perfect. Avalon Manor is easy to pass up as you head south down U.S. 30, so keep an eye out for it on the North side of the street.  A complaint we normally hear from guests at Avalon Manor is the mural on the walls. We have the perfect solution for that with a custom drapery backdrop.
