Jamie and Joe Put on the Ritz | Radisson Wedding DJ
One would never expect for the Radisson Hotel to be turned into a 1920 ritzy wedding reception. Jamie and Joe shocked guests with the swanky tunes of the DJ, antique items, and attire from the era.
Cocktail hour was in the East Bar with some swanky tunes from the DJ and giggle water from the bartenders. Guests were dressed in their best pearls, zoot suits, bow ties, suspenders, and flapper dresses. Upon walking in a swell typewriter and beer bottle opener keys were set out for seating arrangements.
Grand entrances started with moving lights and the Chicago Bulls song playing. The wedding party created a line giving high fives and shoulder bumps as Jamie and Joe entered. A surprise call came during the toasts from Joe’s brother, a new Marine, and his wife congratulating them and wishing them the best!
Later in the evening, as Jamie sat front and center on the dance floor, a voice said “here’s your mission, should you accept it” before Joe was to remove the garter. Joe pulled out a number of items such as granny panties and a bear trap, but the big cheese was a baby with 100 feett cord that he tried stuffing back in.
Pearls draped the black head table accented by a candelabra, and vases with peacock or fluffy white feathers. The gold tented napkins added a touch of gold to the plates. On the gift table was a white bird-cage for all the colorful cards.
