John and Joanna’s Shot Wedding | Chetnik Hall | DJ

Epic Party! Those are the only words to describe John and Joanna’s wedding reception at Chetnik Hall! With a “grand march,” huge dance circles, a performance of “frozen” by the flower girl, and a DJ that kept the crowd pumped, this night went down in “party history.”

As guests walked into Chetnik Hall, a candy table could be seen with the grooms and brides favorite candies, mini chewy sweet tarts and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Orange and grey was all over the room, (even on the groomsman’s nikes) and guests enjoyed cocktails waiting for the grand entrance to start. The grand entrance was a funny spectacle as a couple from the wedding party walked into Three Doors Down’s song “Kryptonite” wearing superman capes.

A train formed, steamed around the room and hot apple pie shots were taken, one by one, person after person, while the DJ jammed “Turn Down For What” by Lil Jon. In the back of the hall a cake table complete with banana, vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes sat ready to be munched upon. Dinner was a scrumptious feast of prime rib tips, lemon baked chicken and various sides.

After dinner the flower girl danced to Disney’s “Frozen” as the DJ displayed snow flakes across the dance floor along with blue washes of lights. Shots and beers made their way out to tables all over the hall, continuously as the party “turned up.”

The garter removal was funny, as a cop friend frisked and handcuffed the groom for the removal process and the bouquet smashed the ceiling, making everyone giggle.  A massive group photo happened just before the end of the night to “Sweet Caroline.”
