Kelsey & Renee Rock ‘n’ Roll Wedding – Center for Visual and Performing Arts – Munster, Indiana – Uplights Draping
The party rocked all night long when Kelsey and Renee tied the knot on June 16th at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Munster, Indiana. The rock ‘n’ roll themed wedding featured a guitar ice sculpture and a performance by live band CoverGurl.
The couple chose the colors of black with orange, red and purple accents to further give the rocker vibe. Orange, red and purple uplights illuminated the room. The 30+ uplights provided the wedding reception and ceremony with color and later a computerized high-tech light show to add ambiance to the performance by CoverGurl.
Draping for three walls in the Munster Center of Visual and Performing Arts was also provided by 219 Productions. The custom draping created a backdrop for the couple’s wedding ceremony held on site. Another set of draping was put up behind the head table to give it an elegant look for cocktail hour and dinner. It also served another purpose and hid the band’s instruments until they were ready to perform.
CoverGurl, a Chicago-based cover band, played at the end of the night and performed ‘90s hits. Chicago’s DJ Lori, one of the top female DJs in the world, spun top 40 music before CoverGurl’s performance.
