Trujillo – Alspach Wedding – Avalon Manor – Merrillville, Indiana
The mariachi band started off the night on a high note at Avalon Manor in Merrillville, Indiana. The night also ended on a high note with Michael Buble’s – save the last dance for me.
The Mariachi band, Mariachi Perla de Mexico, played for the receiving line before the reception and entertained throughout dinner getting some guests up dancing during salad. Kissing bells provided music to our ears in lieu of clinging glasses.
The best man shared some secrets from the grooms childhood when he saved his life. Later in the night a song written and performed by the best man was played for the wedding. The dj said it was probably the best he has heard in his 20 years of entertaining.
Champagne colored chair covers were accented by the drapery and uplighting behind the head table. The drapery covered up the mural on the air wall which can be seen below.
Ann from It’s Bliss Photography covered the event on the photography side, Chris Herschman caught the wedding reception on multiple video cameras, and Boris from Precision Sound had the crowd dancing all night with a mixture of music to include salsa’s, merengues, polkas, top 40 and many wedding classics.
