LARC’s Annual Appreciation Dinner – Munster, IN – Center for Visual and Performing Arts – Uplighting, Disc Jockey (DJ)

Munster’s Center for Visual and Performing Arts, also known as  The Theatre at the Center hosted a large crowd for LARC‘s Annual Appreciation Dinner. The night included a variety of raffles and auctions, a slide show, awards ceremony, and dinner. 219 Productions filled the room with uplighting and a disc jockey provided the music and master of ceremonies services.

LARC, a Lansing, IL based not-for-profit, provides support and service that promotes quality, dignity, and choice and will assist individuals with developmental disabilities achieve outcomes of independence in their lives.

Some of the items in the silent auction were:

• 1-year family membership to the Hammond YMCA
• gift certificate for dinner & cocktails for 6 guests at Glenwood Oaks Restaurants
• Curtis Granderson of the New York Yankees autographed baseball
• Cal Ripken of the Baltimore Orioles autographed baseball bat
• 2 tickets to “Making God Laugh” at The Theatre at the Center
• 2 Tickets for Sunday Brunch at Munster’s The Center for Visual & Performing Arts
• There was even a $50 bill mounted in a photo frame

The live auction items included:

• 2 Chicago Bulls Vs. Washington Wizards tickets
• 2012 Weber Spirit Special Edition gas grill
• 4 Chicago Cubs Vs Milwaukee Brewers box seat tickets
• Chicago White Sox Vs Chicago Cubs tickets and parking pass
• Chicago Bears Vs St. Louis Rams tickets
