Old Town Banquents in Valparaiso Indiana was light up with love when the Diekow wedding brought a Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys fan together to tie the knot. Elegant lighting, delicious food, and a DJ had the guests entertained all night long.
Walking into the venue a string of pictures displayed of the bride and groom decorated the gift table. A DIY wooden guest book was displayed with the state of Indiana, Wisconsin and Tennessee with a little heart bouncing from one place to the next showing where they met, lived, and married. Guests enjoyed cocktails along with bacon wrapped chestnuts and cheese and cracker trays.
After the bride and groom were introduced, the bride thanked everyone for coming, presented her grandma with her bouquet in honor of her birthday, and then said grace. The wedding cake was a sweet creation made by a family friend, a yellow, chocolate and raspberry delight guests enjoyed greatly. Toasts were made, and jokes exchanged, as the bride and groom were poked fun at for their football team affiliations, (She converted from a Dallas Cowboys fan into a Packers fan).
White uplighting in a sunshine pattern really made the red wall pop behind the head table, where all eyes were on the newlyweds. The party really got pumping when the DJ had the guests clapping their hands to the beat of the music for the dancers, getting the guests excited and interactive. Later in the evening, a 5th wedding anniversary was celebrated as the DJ played the couples wedding song, Alicia Keys – If I Ain’t Got You. Attendees made funny faces for a group photo highlighting the fun of the wedding reception to finish off the evening.
